This short but sweet trail crosses a saddle on the Continental Divide and only has 500 ft of elevation change. The hiking trails will lead you away from the main dirt road into the Dillon Nature Preserve, where you’ll want to keep an eye out for numerous species of birds, foxes, deer, and other wildlife. Follow the Ridge Trail up to the ridge for great views across Lake Dillon towards Swan Mountain and the Ten Mile Range.
