We’ve put together a multitude of packages ranging from day trips to multi-day adventures, topped off with camping along the riverside and delicious meals cooked up by your guides.  Family-friendly fun is available, with lower class rapids that will let you enjoy the scenery around you.  If you’re down for some excitement, try one of the Class V river runs AVA does!

TWO CONVENIENT LOCATIONS 

Our Buena Vista outpost sits on 44-acres where the Mountaintop Zipline course lives.  Equipped with 7 zips and a 900-foot dual race, you’ll catch awesome views of the Arkansas Valley and get your heart pumping!  The rafting takes place on the Arkansas River, which has all levels of rapids to choose from.

Or head to our Idaho Springs outpost, where beginner to advanced whitewater runs down Clear Creek, and our Cliffside Zipline will fly you through the mountains!  With 6 zips, a 50-foot free fall, a Surf Zip, and a Jungle Swing, you’re in for a treat with this duo!

    Go on a trip the whole family can enjoy! Start out with a morning whitewater trip through the beautiful Browns Canyon section of the Arkansas River. This section offers many Class III rapids that are sure to thrill everyone. Next take a break to feast on a gourmet lunch by the river before you head off to fly through the trees. Soar high above the ground at speeds up to 30 mph as you take in another view of the mountain scenery. Our tour is going to take by rocky mountain faces and through thick wooded areas, definitely a trip to remember!

    Combine these two popular Colorado summer mountain activities for an day full of action! Begin the day with the famous Class IV section of the Arkansas River called The Numbers. The Numbers is known for its continuous whitewater action and steep drops that are sure to leave your heart pounding. Next, we will take a short break for lunch so you can refuel for an afternoon soaring through the trees. The zipline will have you flying from one cliff to the next over our beautiful 44-acre Gold Camp property. Take in the peaceful snow-capped mountain tops and see what unique Colorado wildlife you can find while reaching speeds of up to 30 mph. This day will have you coming back for more!

    You only have to drive a half hour of west from Denver to get into the mountains and the lovely little town of Idaho Springs.  Our scenic zipline tour will soar you down the cliffside, and all the platforms are built into the natural surrounding areas.  The Continental Divide will give this activity a breathtaking backdrop, and after you’re back at the outpost you’ll get to break for lunch before gearing up for the whitewater.  Grab a bite to eat at the many restaurants on the main strip in Idaho Springs, or bring a picnic to enjoy on our creekside deck!  Our Clear Creek Gold Rush run has eleven Class III rapids that are family-friendly and will definitely get you hooked on rafting.

    Book this trip and you’re sure to have an action-packed day in the high country.  Your day will start on the top of the cliffside behind our outpost, where you will zip down 6 different lines with plenty of fun in between.  If you’re feeling really daring, try to 50-foot free fall!  After a break for lunch, you’ll hit some Class IV rapids on the intermediate and technical section of Clear Creek.  You’ll spend the afternoon navigated some of Clear Creek’s most famous rapids, including Phoenix, Nomad, Falls Creek, and Outer Limits.  The vertical drop on your 8 mile run is over 1,300 feet, so gear up and get ready!

    Start this Colorado combo on the cliffside above our outpost in Idaho Springs.  Sweeping views of the Continental Divide will be the backdrop for your zipping adventure, which includes six lines and plenty of extras!  You’ll get a short lunch break to either head to down to grab some grub, or pack your own lunch and enjoy it along Chicago Creek, which runs right through our backyard.  The lower Clear Creek Canyon is in store for your entire afternoon, including the steepest, most continuous, and technical section of whitewater in America.  Fourteen Class III- rapids such as Hell’s Corner, Double Knife, Guide Ejector, and Corkscrew await you in the canyon, and you’ll drop 150 feet per mile!
