Shoshone Rapids half day takes you through Colorado’s amazing Glenwood Canyon, which is just outside of Glenwood Springs. A must-see destination for any Colorado visitor, the 1,500 foot canyon walls tower above you as you raft down this Class III river trip.

This is a great trip for the first time rafter as well as families with children, or the visitor who is looking to enjoy the beautiful Colorado scenery, with a little thrill thrown in. If you are lucky you may get to spot mountain goats grazing on Shoshone’s banks or scurrying up the canyon’s rocky terrain.
This trip is perfect for any traveler staying in the Vail/Beaver Creek or Glenwood Springs area. The whitewater portion of the trip will thrill you with rapids such as Man Eater, The Wall, and Tombstone. The mellow sections will give you plenty of time to relax and enjoy the amazing scenery.
